When we bring claims for damages on behalf of  a client in litigation or arbitration, clients are offered the choice of paying for our services on a contingency fee basis or at an hourly rate. Over 90% of our clients choose a contingency fee relationship. If you recover nothing, you pay no legal fees. However, if you do recover your claim or any portion of your claim, you are responsible for paying the Law Offices of Nicholas Taldone a percentage of the amount recovered.
